Server APOLO Downtime Notice

Dear Valued ClientAs the server APOLO is been target of a massive DDoS attack mainly from Russian IPs, we are blocking the network to the main IP for 5 hours today Saturday starting since 11:00 am. We have noticed a high amount of traffic to one of the IP addresses "47.89.24.234", due to which the below mentioned subnet is under mitigation.

Affected Services : All services hosted on the server "apolo.hongkongserver.net".

We have noticed a high amount of traffic to one of the IP addresses "47.90.2.194", due to which the below mentioned subnet is under mitigation.

Affected Services : All services hosted on the server "demeter.hongkongserver.net".

Issue with cPanel upgrade on one of our Linux Hosting servers

26th March 2017

We are currently facing an issue with cPanel upgrade on the server "adonis.hongkongserver.net".

Due to this, all cPanel related services including WHM, cPanel, Webmail, etc on the server are affected.

Our server administration team is already working on this issue with the highest priority.
